Saurav Kumar Jha founded Spaceio+™ in 2025 after seeing the same pattern repeat on fit-out project after project: capable clients held back by vendors and processes that were never set up for this kind of work.
Whether it is an office, hotel, managed workspace, or retail space, most fit-outs depend on coordinating multiple contractors at once. Project managers routinely juggle 8–10 vendors. Many lack the technical depth and discipline the work needs. Timelines slip, accountability gets fuzzy, and rework becomes routine.
The goal was straightforward: bring proper technical depth and project management to an industry that still runs on informal networks and scattered vendors. Not another contractor who goes quiet when things get difficult, but a partner who owns the outcome from concept to handover.
From STCS in Kalkaji to CorporatEdge in Gurugram, from Fern Hotel in Ayodhya to Worldmark at Delhi Aerocity, Spaceio+™ is delivering commercial spaces across India. Saurav is still on site, with clients, and with the team.
